    Your documents are never uploaded. PDF Toolkit India processes all files on your phone and has no user accounts, so we hold no documents, names, emails or phone numbers. The only data linked to you outside your phone is your purchase record (if you bought Pro) and advertising data handled by Google.
  

1. Delete files and data on your phone

Open PDF Toolkit India → Settings → Files created by this app → Clear. This deletes every PDF and image the app created.
Or uninstall the app: Android deletes all app files and settings stored on your phone.

2. Request deletion of your purchase data

If you purchased Pro, your subscription status is stored with our subscription provider (RevenueCat) under an anonymous app user ID. To have it deleted:

Send an email to support@syntheticcode.in with the subject "Delete my data – PDF Toolkit India".
Include your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA. and is in your Google Play purchase receipt email) so we can find your record.
We confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Please cancel any active subscription first in the Google Play Store (Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). After deletion, "Restore purchases" in the app can re-create your Pro status from Google Play if your purchase is still valid.

3. Advertising data (free version)

Ads are served by Google AdMob, which collects data such as your advertising ID. You can delete or reset this at any time on your phone: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID (or Reset advertising ID). Google's own data is managed under Google's Privacy Policy.

What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted: your RevenueCat customer record — anonymous app user ID, subscription status and purchase receipts linked to it.
Kept by Google: Google Play keeps its own order and payment records as required for billing, tax and legal purposes. We cannot delete these; see Google's policies.
Kept by us: nothing. We do not keep copies after deletion, apart from the email you sent us, which is deleted within 90 days.
